This is a toolkit from the Arizona Department of Health Services that educates prescribers and redefines pain and addiction as interlinked, complex, public health processes, requiring interprofessional care and involvement of the community and health-based systems. Multiple stakeholder perspectives were included in creating this curriculum and it appears in the peer-reviewed literature here and here.
